Regional Innovation and Partnership Lead

A well-established insurer with presense across multiple locations in Asia is seeking to expand their capabilities in relation to innovation and emerging partnerships. The Innovation and Ecosystems Lead will drive and deliver on the innovation agenda across the APAC region. You will harness the use of research and data insights to identify new opportunities and emerging trends, build partnerships and work with partners to develop solutions for implementation into the business ecosystem. You will also make meaningful recommendations to senior management teams, and drive a innovation culture throughout the company.

In order to be successful in your application, you should have at least 7+ years of relevant experience in either (Re)Insurance, Broking, Consulting, InsurTech / Health Tech, Banking or Pharmaceuticals. You should be entrepreneurial, possess business acumen, take ownership and be self-driven. You should be able to manage multiple projects and possess effective interpersonal and communication skills.
