  • Contingency search: for low volume or everyday recruitment needs, we use our existing network and resources to bring results in the shortest time possible. Recruitment fees are pre-negotiated and based on success.
  • Retained: for ongoing, diverse recruitment needs or for confidential or difficult-to-fill positions requiring a deep understanding of the market through research, we will develop a suitable recruitment process and remuneration plan. Fees are paid in installments based on successful delivery of predetermined outcomes.
  • Contract: for temporary replacements, sudden increases in workload and project-based needs, we use our existing network and resources to quickly dispatch candidates or execute direct contract agreements.
