A top tier global health insurer, this organisation is part of well-known global insurance group and provides health, medical and emergency extraction and repatriation services worldwide. This firm have created an exciting new opportunity for the right individual to oversee, manage and support the Service Partner (TPA) activity for the Hong Kong business.
The role will focus on but not be limited to oversight of TPA activity, health claims, process improvement, training and service delivery. You will take responsibility for process improvement of claims turnaround times, payment turnaround times and quality of claims serving to clients. You will build stakeholder relationships and will be the go-to person in the organisation for local clients in Hong Kong.
You will have at least 5 years medical claims experience, ideally with a customer service background and be familiar with the local Hong Kong market and industry. You will also have a keen eye for process and governance and be able to take the lead in terms of process improvements and efficiency.
