Nurturing and governing your 2 departments in the ASEAN region will be your main responsibility along with aligning your departments plans with the market , competitors and customers. Monitoring revenue across all the clients merchandise and solutions in the ASEAN market to meet the client's collective target as well as pipeline generation and management. Coming up with a strategy for the sales, pricing , key account management , expenses and revenue as well as market and brand strategy. Building up the client's brand name in the region and its reputation through various channels such as media and CSR activities. Keeping the management in the loop in regards to the business processes and operations plans along with the financial models and profits.Always be up to date before the competition on the change of software in the market and hardware systems.
Due to the seniority and the amount of responsibility in this role, we would require you to have a minimum of 7 years of sales experience and also have an extroverted person who has star stellar verbal and communication skills. Having excellent people and management skills along with the understanding of the market trends in terms of knowing it and being at the fore front of it.
