Our client is a leading global insurance broker and advisory organisation with a presence in more than 120 countries worldwide. This firm manages risk and delivers solutions to corporate clients across the globe. This multi-national organisation has a Regional opportunity for an experienced Bid or Tender Manager to develop competitive bids and proposals to support sales growth across Asia.
Based in Singapore you will be responsible for developing the internal consulting function focused on coordination of tenders, delivery of the bid strategy and management of communication with all relevant stakeholders across the Asia market. You will also play a key role in developing the company’s overall bid management infrastructure in Asia – in areas such as pre-qualification, post bid debriefs, reporting, and analysis.
You will have at least 5 years of proven experience in handling bids or tenders within the insurance market, the wider financial services market or from within a recognised consultancy firm. You will ideally hold a relevant degree and possess a sound understanding of numerics as well as a strong grasp of insurance broker products and services. Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills are also key as this role will work closely with Directors and Bid sponsors across the region on a daily basis.
