Our client is a market leading reinsurance organisation. This reputable corporation boasts a strong and longstanding presence across Asia Pacific and as a result of continued market growth, requires an experienced Technical Accountant to handle all Treaty business.
As a treaty technical accountant you will be responsible for providing accounting and financial reporting expertise, checking quarterly statements, monitoring essential treaty information and managing the new and renewal processes. You will ensure accurate and timely payment of transactions with clients and keep abreast of all correspondence on debt collection at the same time as producing accurate financial reports to meet business unit requirements.
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ reinsurance technical accounting experience from within the P&C Insurance industry. You will have sound and up to date knowledge of Treaty Technical Accounts, reserves and calculations.
In addition, those who can demonstrate that they are self-starters, proactive, solutions driven and able to take the initiative would do well in this role.
