A recognised Asian Insurance group, this global organisation is now one of the leading Property Casualty insurers in the Asia market. This organic and acquired growth has reinforced the need for proper and robust claims governance and as such we require a technically strong Claims Manager to drive this strategy and transformational change across Asia.
Reporting into the Head of Retail Business for Asia, the Senior Claims Manager will take full responsibility for the entire claims lifecycle, processes and systems for the Motor, Health and Travel lines across the Asia market. The focus will be to project manage and implement optimal claims operations including adequate systems and organisational structure to reduce processing time, cost and leakage and provide an overall more efficient and optimal lifecycle.
In order to be considered you should have proven experience of the above responsibilities and at least 10 years of sound technical motor claims experience. In addition you will have a proven track record in process improvement and transformational change relating to claims. You will also possess demonstrable skills in stakeholder management relationship building and problem solving.
