The Group Health and Employee Benefits division of this multi-national organisation has a Regional opportunity for an experienced Bid Consultant to develop competitive bids and proposals to support sales growth across Asia.
Based in Singapore you will be responsible for developing the internal consulting function focused on continual improvement of the effective sales processes. The role will involve working in collaboration with actuaries and associates on proposals and competitive pitch situations as well as getting involved in strategically shaping the development of the SEA Sales Consulting teams. Your primary focus will be on responding to request for proposals and providing support in terms of sales presentations and pitches.

You will have at least 5 years of experience in handling request for proposals, bid or tender management from the insurance sector or from within a recognised consultancy firm. You will ideally hold a degree in actuarial studies, statistics, finance or similar and possess a sound understanding of numerics as well as a keen eye for detail. Proven stakeholder management ability is also key as this role will work closely with actuarial and sales on a daily basis.
