Our Client is a well-established Freight Forwarder, who provides air, sea and local transportation and logistics solutions. They have strong links and offices around the world; in Asia, Europe and North and South America. They are seeking for a Sales Manager to help increase the Sales productivity and growth of the business in the area of responsibility.
The Sales Manager will report to the Country Head of Sales. Develop and increase customer portfolio. Develop and build a strong customer relationship management for existing and new clients. Increase revenue and gross profit growth for the customers handled. Deal with customer complaints and disputes. Develop trade lane management. Prepare, submit and follow up on quotations. Connect with overseas and network partners on sales related matters. To work with internal stakeholders - credit controller, finance, administration, operations and customer services.
- Must have 5 years of work experience in Freight Forwarding, with at least 3 years accomplished in Sales and related experience
- Appropriate product knowledge in Freight Forwarding and Logistics
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- A passion to sell
- Minimum of a Degree in any discipline
