This role will be based in Singapore. You will need to grow talent and expertise across the organisation, leading and develop the DMC team: motivate and coach the team to strengthen their and grow their influence over the organisation. Support the global team: educate and build a network with global stakeholders. Drive digital performance across the region, defining performance: support local, regional and global digital leaders in defining the relevant metrics and KPIs to guide & support their digital strategy. Break the status - quo with disruptive initiatives, Website content: propose, budget, and execute content initiatives (consumer reviews, product comparison, blogs, price feed, content syndication etc.) to drive consumer engagement and reach regional targets. Digital media: scout, propose, pilot, and roll-out new digital media technology with the support of our media agency and your media consultant.
The role is excellent opportunity for the individual with the can - do attitude.
- You have a significant operational experience across all key digital channels (SEO, paid search, display, paid social) in an eCommerce business (at least 4 years) and in FMCG (at least 4 years)
- You have strong web analytics knowledge (Adobe Analytics or advanced GA) combined with good Excel skills
- You are able to demonstrate countless examples of having used data to drive digital performance improvements in organic and paid traffic as well as in site optimisation for consumer engagement / conversion
