A well-established reinsurance organisation is seeking an exprienced Life & Health Actuary to join their Asia-Pacific office, based in Singapore. This vacancy has been created due to business expansion.
You will work as part of the Project Management Office, where you will support major projects in the Asia and Australia region which include IFRS17 implementation, high-level operational and strategic company-wide projects. You will see to project planning (setting timelines, deliverables and actionables), mitigating potential risks and challenges, providing updates to a variety of senior stakeholders involved and facilitating discussions between various departments and external consultants.
In order to be successful in your application, you should have 5-10 years of experience in a direct insurer, reinsurer or consultancy. Actuarial experience in the Life Insurance domain is essential. Experience in managing projects is highly advantageous. You shuld have good communication skills and natural leadership capacbility in order to work successfully with cross-border, cross-functional teams.
