We are currently working with a world-leading direct insurer with an established footprint across the Asia region. This global insurer is seeking an experienced life insurance specialist to join their business within their Customer Value Management team.
The Customer Value Manager will address major activities in relation to customer life-cycle management. In this role, you will work with various stakeholders (Eg. Analytics, Finance and Marketing, Distribution) to develop strategies to understand and address customer acquisition, retention and value enhancement across the Asia market.
In order to be successful in your application, you should have 6-12 years of experience in areas such as customer analytics, actuarial or strategy consulting. You should have an in-depth understanding of the Life Insurance market and customer life cycle. Effective communication skills in English is required, and proficiency in one Asian language would be highly advantageous.
