Our client is an aspiring brand in the logistics sector and they are looking for a Country Development Manager to achieve strategic business goals for their Thailand office.
You will be responsible for overall international eCommerce business (cross-border business unit) and be fully accountable for the local country P&L results and business performance. Provide leadership and manage local team to focus towards' company's directions and to achieve established business objectives, profitability and market share. Formulate business plan, strategy/action plan and align internal resources towards delivering target result. Establish go-to-market and sales strategy to capitalize on the market opportunity and gain market share. Undertake leadership role in top level account sales initiatives. Employ strong sales management process. Develop competent sales organization through hand-on recruitment, on-boarding, on-the-job training and coaching. Actively involve in development of customer strategy and provide support in customer acquisition process.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in cross-border parcel products in a 3PL environment.
- Strong sales team management skills with the ability to motivate sales team in achieving business goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal ability and stakeholder management skill
