The Client Development Group sits across all of these business segments with the primary function focused on building and expanding client relationships within the groups target market organizations.
As Client Relationship Director you will be the primary client lead, managing the totality of the organisations relationships for major corporate clients from both the private sector and government linked bodies. You will be accountable for profitable revenue growth as well as cross selling all services and bringing new solutions to existing clients.
You will be the face of the business across all segments, developing new business and most importantly managing the professional relationships with existing clients. Influencing, selling and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally is key. The ability to collaborate with the different internal business streams is also of paramount importance.
This role would suit those with a high level of sales and/or relationship management experience from the insurance/financial services or consultancy sectors.
