Our client is recognised international Life and Health insurance provider. This European organisation is a household name in Singapore and has a long standing and strong reputation in the Life and Health market across Asia Pacific. This global insurance firm is currently seeking to implement an in-house training specialist to oversee sales training across Partnership Distribution within the business.
As Assistant Manager, Training and Partnership Distribution, your focus will be on equipping the Financial Advisory representatives with the necessary sales competencies to go to market effectively. You will ensure that all FA's meet regulatory standard requirements as well as overseeing the onboarding of pre- RNF training and post-RNF competency requirements. In addition you will conduct life and health product packaging and sales positioning workshops in order to ensure all FA's are adequately trained in the sales advisory process.
You will be a degree holder and possess CMFAS M9, M9a, M5, HI, M8 and M8a. You will have a minimum of 5 years working experience as a sales trainer in the financial services industry. Sound knowledge of Life and Health insurance products is a must, as is the ability to communicate clearly and manage internal stakeholders.
