As the assistant manager of the finance department , your key responsibilities will be preparation of key financial figures and statements for the respective fiscal year. Providing support and adding constructive insight in the budgeting process and forecasting any potential turns and changes to the market which may affect the company and its proposed budget. Attend to the internal auditors that will come to audit the company. Involvement in the Internal process control and re-engineering of the business process when there is a need for change. Financial planning and analysis of the fiscal year and ability to comprehend the data. Reporting of the financial statements and figures as well as knowledge of accounts payable of the company.
Due to the plethora of responsibilities involving financial figures , statements , budgeting and others , we are looking for candidates familiar with the local tax and accounting regulations. A high level of accounting system knowledge and literacy in PC applications is a must as well. Candidates must have an degree in accountancy or a equal or higher professional certification such as ACCA , CPA as well as minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience working in one of the Big 4 will be an added advantage but is not a requirement.
