VP, Strategy and M&A

FocusCore Recruit is exclusively partnering with a global insurer for a VP, Strategy and M&A position to be based in Singapore.

Sitting in the regional team, you will work very closely with various internal and external stakeholders to support the strategic development across the region by leading/coordinating the transaction process. You will play a vital role for the mergers & acquisitions initiatives involving mergers, acquisitions (or divestitures), joint ventures and any other forms of investments (including venture capital investments) or strategic alliances/partnerships.
