L&H Actuary, Non-Traditional Reinsurance Solutions

FocusCore Group is working with a well-known reinsurance organisation which is seeking an experienced L&H actuary to join their Asia non-traditional reinsurance solutions team. This role is based in Singapore. 

Working as part of an experienced team of pricing actuaries, you will utilize your actuarial knowledge and develop your expertise in financial reinsurance solutions. You will help structure and deliver pricing terms and reinsurance solutions and work closely with BD managers on building and developing innovative solutions.

In order to be successful in your application, you should have at least 4 years of working experience in an insurer, reinsurer, or consultancy in Asia. You should have experience in one or more functions such as pricing, valuations, capital management, experience studies or risk assessment. Understanding and experience in areas such as financial reinsurance, funded solutions, longevity reinsurance, capital or solvency will be an advantage. Actuarial Fellowship would be a great advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
